We're looking for both experienced manicure/pedicure specialists and skilled nail artists who are passionate about their craft and committed to exceptional client service. POSITIONS AVAILABLE: Manicure & Pedicure Specialists Classic manicures and pedicures Gel polish and dipping powder Building and maintaining loyal clientele Nail Artists & Design Specialists Advanced nail art and custom designs Acrylics, gel extensions, sculpting Creative work and trend-setting styles COMPENSATION: 60% Commission on All Services W-2 employee status Average earnings: $40,000 - $70,000+ annually (based on experience and clientele) Consistent scheduling All tips are yours to keep REQUIREMENTS: All Positions: Valid Arizona Cosmetology or Nail Technician License (required) Excellent customer service and communication skills Professional appearance and demeanor Reliable transportation and punctuality Weekend availability (required) Manicure/Pedicure Specialists: 1+ years of experience preferred Strong foundation in classic nail services Efficient and detail-oriented Nail Artists: 2+ years of advanced nail art experience Portfolio of your work (required with application) Proficiency in acrylics, extensions, and intricate designs Social media presence a plus Language Skills: English required Vietnamese or Spanish a plus ABOUT THE SALON: Modern's Nails & Spa is an established full-service nail salon in Chandler's East Valley.
