SAP IBP Consultant – Order‐Based & Period‐Based Planning Remote (with potential travel to San Jose, CA, as needed)Key Responsibilities Design, configure, and deploy SAP IBP Order‐Based Planning and Period‐Based Planning solutions aligned to business requirementsLead and support end‐to‐end planning scenarios including demand, supply, inventory, and order fulfillmentImplement and manage SAP IBP integrations using Real‐Time Integration (RTI) and CI‐DS between SAP S/4HANA or ECC and SAP IBPTranslate business planning requirements into IBP models, key figures, planning operators, and time series data structuresSupport data model design, master data alignment, and planning area configurationTroubleshoot integration issues related to CIF replacement, real‐time order flow, and data consistencyCollaborate with business stakeholders, supply chain planners, IT teams, and external partnersSupport testing activities including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT)Provide knowledge transfer, documentation, and support to business users and internal teamsParticipate in performance tuning, continuous improvement, and solution optimization initiativesRequired Skills & Qualifications 5+ years of hands‐on SAP IBP experience (minimum)Proven experience with SAP IBP Order‐Based Planning (OBP)Strong expertise in Period‐Based Planning within SAP IBPHands‐on experience with SAP IBP integrations, including:RTI (Real‐Time Integration)CI‐DS (Cloud Integration for Data Services)Experience integrating SAP IBP with SAP S/4HANA or SAP ECCStrong understanding of supply chain planning concepts (demand, supply, inventory, order fulfillment)Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating with cross‐functional teamsStrong analytical, problem‐solving, and communication skillsNice to Have / Preferred Qualifications Experience with advanced supply chain planning scenarios such as allocation, prioritization, and order confirmationExposure to SAP IBP Demand, Response & Supply, or Inventory modulesExperience working in Agile or hybrid delivery environmentsPrior client‐facing consulting or system integrator experienceStrong documentation and stakeholder presentation skillsWork Environment & Travel Remote role, with flexibility to work from any locationOccasional travel to San Jose, CA, for key project phases (planning workshops, testing, go‐live support)Why Join This Opportunity Work on modern SAP IBP implementations with cutting‐edge planning capabilitiesCollaborate with experienced supply chain and technology professionalsFlexible remote work environment with limited, purposeful travelOpportunity to add long‐term value through scalable enterprise planning solutions
