Talent Acquisition Specialist

Position Responsibilities:Manage full-cycle recruiting for manufacturing (hourly) and corporate roles, from requisition intake through offer acceptancePartner with hiring managers as a strategic advisor, providing guidance on sourcing, interviewing, and hiring decisionsDevelop targeted sourcing strategies using direct outreach, LinkedIn, referrals, internal candidates, and niche platforms Conduct structured candidate screening and interviews to assess qualifications, fit, and alignment with Methode valuesEnsure a high-quality candidate experience through clear communication and timely follow-upPrepare and recommend competitive offers in collaboration with HR Business Partners and business leadersIdentify and proactively address risks to offer acceptance and hiring timelinesCreate and promote compelling job postings to support employer branding effortsMaintain accurate documentation and compliance within the Applicant Tracking SystemContribute to continuous improvement of recruiting processes, tools, and best practicesQualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience Minimum of 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including both manufacturing and corporate rolesStrong interviewing, assessment, and stakeholder management skillsExperience partnering with leaders at multiple organizational levelWork Environment:The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.
