We prefer full time onsite, but will consider the possibility of working remotely. This position is expected to last 6-12 months with the possibility of extension.\n\nKey Duties:\n\nDevelop and maintain Software Requirements Specifications (SRS) throughout the system lifecycle.\nDevelop system-level designs for integrated hardware/software systems.\nConstruct system-level design flows and threads that inform software requirements and design decisions.\nDefine and document interfaces between multiple software systems and between hardware and software components.\nPerform model-based systems engineering (MBSE) using Cameo Systems Modeler to capture requirements, architecture, and interfaces.\nSupport Software Formal Qualification Test (FQT) planning, execution, and documentation.\nAnalyze requirements for completeness, testability, and traceability across system and software baselines.\nCoordinate with software development, test, and hardware engineering teams to resolve requirement and interface issues.\nSupport system and mission-level integration testing between flight and ground software.\nDevelop and maintain iLoad configuration tables supporting spacecraft/payload software configuration.\nParticipate in technical reviews (SRR, PDR, CDR, TRR) and prepare associated engineering artifacts.\nProvide technical leadership and mentorship to junior systems engineers.\n\nRequired Skills, Experience, and Education:\n\nDue to facility security requirements, only U.S. Citizens are eligible for consideration at this time.\n10 or more years of experience.\nMust be willing and able to obtain and maintain a security clearance.\nCameo experience (or at least the willingness to learn).\nExperience with development and maintenance of SW Requirements Spec (SRS).\nExperience with systems design for HW/SW systems; ability to develop system level design flows/threads informing the SW requirements/design.\nExperience with interface definition between multiple SW systems and between HW and SW.\nExperience supporting SW Formal Qual Test (FQT).\nBachelors degree.\n\nDesired Skills, Experience, and Education:\n\nActive security clearance.\nExperience with space/satellite systems and iLoad configuration tables.\nExperience with System/Mission level integration tests (between flight and ground SW).\n\nBusiness Profile:\n\nCimarron is a global solutions company with a strategic partnering approach to satisfying customer-driven requirements.
