You'll handle daily financial operations — maintaining precise transaction records, preparing financial statements, reconciling accounts, and managing journal entries — all while collaborating with our team to keep compliance smooth and processes streamlined.Software you'll useQuickBooks Online - Cloud-based bookkeeping, invoicing, and reporting — proficiency requiredQuickBooks Desktop - On-premise accounting for select clients — experience requiredWhat you'll bringHands-on bookkeeping experience in both QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks DesktopStrong skills preparing and maintaining accurate financial records and journal entriesProficiency reading and producing financial statementsSolid understanding of core accounting and finance principlesSharp attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a knack for meeting deadlinesExcellent communication skills — you work well with a collaborative teamBonus: prior experience at a tax or accounting firmPreferred: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
