Job DescriptionThe Regional Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth through new business development, account management, and execution of strategic sales initiatives for assigned properties. This role owns the full sales cycle for tailgates and event rentals while ensuring a premium guest experience.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESPrimary duties to include, but not limited to the following: Sales & Revenue GenerationLead revenue-related activities for tailgates and event rentalsConduct thorough market research to identify potential clients, new markets, and growth opportunities.Execute outbound prospecting strategies, including cold calling, emailing, and social selling (LinkedIn).Develop and implement lead generation campaigns (content, events, networking). xaygatp Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and find new prospects.Forecast sales and track key performance metricsAccount Management & Client ExperienceServe as primary contact for major clientsEnsure guest satisfaction before, during, and after eventsResolve client issues professionally and efficientlyTeam Collaboration & LeadershipPromote a culture of accountability and hospitality excellenceProvide performance feedback and coachingCollaborate with operations teams to ensure seamless executionPublic Relations & Community EngagementRepresent REVELXP at community and partner eventsStrengthen brand presence and relationshipsRequirements:Sales Manager RequirementsBachelor’s degree preferredProven sales or business development experienceStrong communication and negotiation skillsResults-driven with attention to detailAbility to work event-based schedules
