proposals, including GMP, lump sum and design-build bids\nPrepare client bid packages\n\nPosition Requirements:\nKnowledge of current unit pricing\nProficient in quantity take-offs and square foot estimating\nProfessional verbal and written communication skills\nThorough understanding of current building construction systems, means and methods\nFamiliarity with current local building codes\nFamiliarity with construction safety requirements\nFamiliarity with construction contracts and insurance requirements\n\nEducation/Experience\nBachelor’s degree in construction related field\n5 years minimum preconstruction estimating\nStrong skills in MS Office Word, Excel, Outlook\nOn-screen take-off experience (strongly preferred)\n\nSome Things You Should Know\nTo serve our Clients in
