We are looking for someone who has good knowledge of modern, cloud-based infrastructure services and can support our growing organization in implementing and managing a user-friendly and secure environment.\n\nWhat You’ll Be Doing:\n\nHelp strengthen IT infrastructure cloud services following zero trust security principles.\n\nSupport efforts to transform the IT infrastructure into a more user-friendly and secure environment.\n\nAdminister core SaaS apps (Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, etc.), delivering a seamless onboarding and offboarding experience.\n\nProvide support to internal users, troubleshooting and assisting with IT-related problems and inquiries.\n\nSupport internal meetings and AV hardware.\n\nProvide a quality user experience with a smooth onboarding & off-boarding process.\n\nMaintain detailed documentation of IT systems, network configurations, software licenses, and support procedures to facilitate troubleshooting, maintenance, and future upgrades.\n\nInteract with IT vendors and service providers to procure hardware, software, and services, and manage vendor relationships.\n\nWhat We Are Looking For:\n\n5+ years of experience in IT administration/engineering.\n\nIdentity and Access Management (IAM) experience (Okta, JumpCloud, Entra ID, OneLogin).\n\nGoogle Workspace + O365 administrative experience.\n\nManage collaboration tools (Slack, Teams, Zoom, Google Meet).\n\nExperience with conference rooms (Zoom Room, MTR, Meets Room).\n\nExposure to workflows and automation between platforms and applications.\n\nStrong problem-solving skills and ability to work with low supervision.\n\nNice to Have:\n\nExperience introducing cloud-based IT infrastructure services.\n\nExperience managing an MDM environment.\n\nExperience managing macOS and Windows devices remotely.\n\nExposure to workflows and automation between platforms and applications.\n\nUnderstanding and experience with GCP, AWS, Azure\n\n$60 - $75 an hour\n\nThis is the position's hourly pay. Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to demonstrated skill set, years and depth of relevant experience, and some role-dependent factors.
