Accountant/Office Manager

## Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Accountant/Office Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee the daily operations of our office, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all administrative tasks. ## Duties - Managing company bank accounts, daily and monthly reconciliations - Accounts payable (must be fluent in Quickbooks) - Manage daily office duties, organize data for annual audit - Handle correspondence, calculating and mailing Pension benefit packets - Audit employers to determine if proper amounts are being paid ## Skills - Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role - Accounting background is a must - Working knowledge of Excel - Good oral and written communication skills If you are a detail-oriented individual with excellent organizational skills and a passion for managing office operations, we encourage you to apply for this rewarding opportunity.
