The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in OnBase architecture, document management, workflow automation, integrations, solution modernization, and enterprise application design. The Architect will work closely with business stakeholders, enterprise architects, project managers, business analysts, and development teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high performing content management solutions that support critical business processes.\r\nKey Responsibilities Define enterprise-wide OnBase architecture, standards, and best practices.\r\nDocument Management, Workflow\r\nUnity Forms, Unity Client\r\nDocument Composition, Capture and OCR\r\nEvaluate business requirements and translate them into technical solution designs.\r\nCreate architecture diagrams, technical specifications, and deployment strategies.\r\nPlatform Administration & Performance Provide guidance on OnBase infrastructure architecture.\r\nReview and optimize system performance, scalability, and availability.\r\nSupport platform upgrades, migrations, and patching strategies.\r\nEstablish disaster recovery, backup, and business continuity approaches.\r\nTroubleshoot complex production issues and perform root cause analysis.\r\nStakeholder Engagement Partner with business users and leadership teams to identify automation opportunities.\r\nFacilitate architecture workshops and technical discussions.\r\nPresent solution designs and recommendations to executive stakeholders.\r\nSupport project planning, estimation, and roadmap development.\r\nGovernance & Compliance Ensure solutions comply with security, audit, regulatory, and data governance requirements.\r\nEstablish architecture review processes and implementation standards.\r\nEnsure adherence to organizational ECM strategies and best practices.\r\nRequired Skills & Experience Hyland OnBase Expertise Strong experience in designing and implementing enterprise scale OnBase solutions.\r\nDeep knowledge of: OnBase Workflow, Unity Forms, Unity Client, Document Management\r\nDocument Retention, Reporting Dashboards, Case Management\r\nEnterprise Search, Capture/OCR Solutions\r\nThe pay range for this role is $130,000-$140,000 per annum including any bonuses or variable pay.
