You will conduct instrumental assessments, design individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with dietary, nursing, and medical teams to ensure safe swallowing and effective communication. Your expertise is not just valued - it is essential.What You Will DoYou will evaluate and treat residents with speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders. You will conduct bedside and instrumental swallowing assessments (MBSS/FEES experience is a plus), develop diet texture recommendations in collaboration with dietary staff, provide cognitive-linguistic therapy for patients with dementia and TBI, and train nursing staff and families on communication strategies and safe feeding techniques.
