Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Albuquerque, NM, for an Insurance Broker. The Insurance Broker will assist clients in identifying personalized insurance solutions, specializing in life insurance, retirement planning, and fixed index annuities. Daily responsibilities include conducting needs assessments, advising clients on suitable insurance products, facilitating applications, and managing client relationships. The role also involves ensuring regulatory compliance and staying up-to-date with relevant insurance products and industry trends. Qualifications Experience in Insurance Brokerage and knowledge of Insurance productsProficiency in Finance and Retirement PlanningStrong Customer Service skills with a client-focused approachExcellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication abilitiesKnowledge of A-rated insurance carriers' offerings is a plusState insurance licensure or ability to obtain licensure upon hireAbility to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environmentPrior sales experience in the insurance or financial industry is preferred
