Join us and let's Imagine a better way together.\nJob Summary:\nBased on daily production schedule, check, and stage all necessary components required for each job ticket at press site; to maximize productivity on press by minimizing press operators’ times in non-running activities.\nWork Hours: 10:00pm to 6:30am\nJob Description:\nWork alongside and assist with operation of digital presses\nComplete jobs according to customer specifications by producing quality work and performing quality checks\nMonitor production runs for quality, maintaining all required samples as designated by procedures\nLearn and perform basic preventative maintenance in accordance with production schedule\nReview proofs for accuracy\nProperly document production information\nRetrieve and return all necessary materials for jobs\nMove materials via material handling equipment including forklift and pallet jacks\nContribute to safety goals by maintaining a clean, clutter-free workplace, report potentially unsafe conditions and ensure that the department meets and exceeds safety requirements\nMeet productivity and quality standards by completing work in timely and accurate manner\nCollaborate with Production Manager and other Team Members to address opportunities for improvement\nSelf-starter capable of taking initiative and working with minimal direction\nA positive attitude including high energy, and a drive to contribute and make an impact\nAble to perform complex tasks, prioritize multiple projects\nWork overtime as needed\nOther duties as assigned\nSupervisory Responsibilities:\nNone\nRequirements:\nMinimum Qualifications of Position:\nHigh school diploma or equivalent.\nPreferred Qualifications of Position:\nPrevious Pressroom experience\nKnowledge and Skills:\nAbility to interpret written instructions.\nMulti-tasking and prioritizing skills.\nOrganizational planning skills for self-directed daily activities.\nDemonstrated ability to follow directions and acquire skills required to progress to operator status.\nWorking Conditions and Physical Requirements:\nAbility to lift, push and pull up to 50 lbs.\nAbility to visually inspect all work for defects and distinguish colors.\nFrequent reaching, bending, climbing, kneeling, crouching, and stooping.\nManual dexterity for repetitive work.\nFrequent walking and standing.\nChemicals: Yes\nTravel: N/A\nPay Statement:\nThe national pay range for this role is listed in the job posting.
