These experiments are designed to test the role of the human microbiome in shaping bacterial pathogen behavior as they colonize and adapt to the host. The Technician will design and execute experiments and analyze data, manage and collect clinical samples, assist in running day-to-day operations in the lab including coordinating lab meetings, stocking supplies, ensuring lab safety, and maintaining lab culture collections.
