In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems.\r\nWe are seeking commercial attorneys who can provide or create practical contractual documents for a seeding project. Contributors will be paid per document delivered and are expected to produce agreements such as MSAs, lease agreements, IP licensing, marketing agreements, and licensing agreements.Scope of Work\r\nDraft, review, and provide high-quality templates, samples, and annotated examples of the following agreement types:\r\nMaster Service Agreements (MSAs)\r\nLease Agreements\r\nIntellectual Property (IP) Licensing Agreements\r\nMarketing Agreements\r\nLicensing Agreements\r\nEnsure all agreements reflect current legal standards, industry best practices, and practical commercial use cases.\r\nSubmit well-structured, high-quality documents that contribute to the project's AI training dataset.\r\nCommunicate promptly and professionally, both in writing and verbally, to clarify requirements and deliverables as needed.Preferred Qualifications\r\nPracticing or recently qualified commercial attorney with exposure to contract drafting and negotiation.\r\nWorking knowledge of standard commercial agreements, including MSAs, lease agreements, IP and marketing contracts.\r\nStrong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to clarity and accuracy in contractual language.\r\nDemonstrated ability to create or adapt legal documents for practical, real-world scenarios.\r\nExperience with remote collaboration and delivering assignments autonomously.\r\nDetail-oriented approach to ensure agreements comply with relevant laws and best practices.\r\nInterest or background in legal operations, technology, or AI-enabled platforms is a plus.Additional Info:\r\nThis role is document-driven and centers on the provision of eligible transaction materials.
