This role directs production employees, assigns work based on production priorities and team capabilities, coordinates material and equipment needs, and monitors completed products for quality and accuracy.\n\nWorking closely with Production, Saw Operations, Yard, Dispatch, Maintenance, and other operational teams, the Assembly Supervisor ensures materials and resources are available to maintain efficient workflow while providing hands-on leadership, training, and support to employees. The ideal candidate is a safety-focused, results-oriented leader with strong problem-solving skills and experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.\n\nHours: 6:30 pm - 1:00/02:00/03:00 am - plates, and components are available before assembly begins\n\nRespond to production employee requests related to missing materials, work orders, equipment, or production requirements\n\nCoordinate with Stackers to ensure finished products are complete, properly organized, and meet quality expectations\n\nCommunicate with Dispatch regarding missing or incomplete trusses and finished work orders\n\nQuality Control\n\nInspect completed assemblies to verify compliance with production drawings, specifications, and company quality standards\n\nEnsure production employees follow established
