This role focuses on instruction and curriculum development related to Offensive Cyberspace Operations (OCO), target exploitation, and mission execution.\nKey Responsibilities:\nDeliver classroom instruction for Exploitation Analyst–related curriculum.\nDevelop, revise, and maintain exploitation and OCO training materials.\nInstruct students on cyber exploitation methodologies, tools, and mission workflows.\nSupport development of scenario-based and performance-based training.\nConduct assessments, testing, and student evaluations.\nMaintain training schedules, rosters, and academic records.\nParticipate in curriculum validation and continuous course updates.\nCoordinate with Government staff to align instruction with mission needs.\nRequired Qualifications:\nActive TS/SCI clearance\nFive (5) or more years of experience conducting cyber exploitation or OCO activities\nExperience supporting or serving within USCYBERCOM or CMF units\nKnowledge of cyber exploitation techniques, mission planning, and assessment\nFamiliarity with virtualized environments and cyber training platforms\nAbility to meet Army classroom and instructor requirements.\nFive (5) years’ experience as an Apprentice or Senior USCYBERCOM Exploitation Analyst within the Cyber Mission Force (CMF). Served a certified instructor for the USCYBERCOM validated Exploitation Analyst Course (EAC) or National Cryptologic University CYBR4600 OR Certified as a White cell assessor for the Service (Army, Navy, Marines, Air Force) and/or USCYBERCOM validation exercises.Graduated from one of the following Army's 17 series or 35Q/35N MOS/AOC producing course OR associated Professional Military Education (PME) course: 17C AIT, 35Q/N AIT, 17A BOLC, or 170A WOBC, or equivalent sister service courses.\nThree (3) years’ experience as a Weapons and Tactics Instructor (WTI) for the CMF headquarters JFHQ-C/CNMF.\nFive (5) years’ experience as USCYBERCOM DNEA and certified at the Senior proficiency level.\nFive (5) years’ experience as a USCYBERCOM TDNA and certified at the Senior proficiency level.\nFive (5) years’ experience as a USCYBERCOM Cyberspace Operator and certified at the Senior proficiency level.\nFour (4) years’ experience at the tactical level or higher on a Cyber Mission Force Team conducting Offensive Cyberspace Operations (OCO).\nThree (3) years’ experience developing TRADOC and/or USCYBERCOM scenarios to enhance curriculum delivery.\nThree (3) years’ experience in: Networking, Security Windows, UNIX, and Programming.\nThree (3) years’ experience creating and developing virtualized environments;
