Design structural modifications to existing residential and commercial structures. We also design unique site and industrial structures.\nPrepare contract documents (plans and specifications) for clients and contractors to use in permitting, bidding, and construction.\nInspect and observe our designs during construction.\nObserve and document existing buildings to assess and renovate.
