In-House Graphic DesignerFull-Time | In-Office | New York City, NYAlmar Sales Company is seeking a creative, trend-driven In-House Graphic Designer/ Packaging Design to join our team in New York City. This full-time, in-office position is ideal for someone with a strong eye for fashion, accessories, packaging, and branding who is excited to design for both women’s and kids’ accessory categories.At Almar Sales Company, we create fun, trend-right, and value-driven accessories that help customers express their personal style. From beauty and hair accessories to seasonal items, dress-up, cosmetics, skincare, and lifestyle products, our team develops exciting collections for major retailers across the country.ResponsibilitiesDesign packaging, branding, and artwork for women’s and kids’ accessoriesCreate graphics for beauty accessories, hair accessories, dress-up items, seasonal products, cosmetics, party favors, cosmetics, skincare and lifestyle collectionsDevelop trend-forward packaging and product presentations for retail programsCreate marketing materials including catalogs, presentations, signage, social media graphics, and sales support materialsProduce photoreal mockups and packaging concepts for customer presentationsPrepare production-ready artwork files for overseas vendors and factoriesCollaborate closely with merchandising, product development, and sales teamsResearch fashion, beauty, toy, and social trends to inspire new creative directionsEnsure brand consistency across all product categories and customer programsQualifications2+ years of graphic design experience preferredStrong portfolio showcasing packaging, branding, print, and digital design workExperience in fashion, beauty, accessories, toys, or consumer products preferredProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)Proficiency in ai (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini)Strong typography, layout, and color sensibilityAbility to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environmentDetail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skillsExperience creating retail packaging and print-ready files is a plusPhotography retouching and mockup experience preferredWhat We OfferCompetitive salaryHealth benefits (Health, Vision, Dental)Paid time offIf you are passionate about fashion, beauty, accessories, and trend-driven design, we’d love to hear from you.Please submit your resume, portfolio, and salary requirements for consideration to ashleyj@almarsales.comTop of FormBottom of Form
