This role is ideal for a hands-on developer with strong experience in Bottomline Transform Suite, JDE EnterpriseOne, document automation, label development, document delivery, and enterprise printing support.In this position, you will design, develop, configure, and support high-performing document management solutions used across multiple business locations. You will partner closely with IT teams and business users to understand requirements, build scalable solutions, troubleshoot production issues, and support critical ERP document output processes.This is an onsite role requiring strong professionalism, excellent communication, and the ability to work directly with business and technical stakeholders.ResponsibilitiesDevelop, modify, and support documents, labels, and delivery processes using Bottomline Transform SuiteDesign and build Transform objects using best practices for performance, scalability, and maintainabilitySupport document automation processes connected to JDE EnterpriseOneTroubleshoot document generation, delivery, and printing issuesConfigure and support printers, printer drivers, print servers, and enterprise print environmentsWork with SQL Server, XML, and staging tables to support integrations with third-party systemsPartner with internal IT resources and business users to gather requirements and deliver effective solutionsProvide production support for document automation and ERP output issuesFollow software development lifecycle practices for development, testing, deployment, and supportSupport business initiatives across multiple locations in a collaborative enterprise IT environmentRequired Qualifications5+ years of technical experience developing in Bottomline TransformExperience creating and modifying documents, labels, and document delivery workflowsStrong experience with JDE EnterpriseOne and document automationExperience with printer setup, printer drivers, print servers, and enterprise printing supportPractical experience with SQL Server, XML, and staging tablesAbility to troubleshoot ERP document output, printing, and delivery issuesExperience working with both IT leadership and business usersAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a team environmentExperience following SDLC processes for enterprise application changesBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related fieldMust be authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorshipMust be able to work onsite 5 days per weekPreferred QualificationsExperience supporting document automation in a manufacturing, supply chain, food and beverage, pharmaceutical, cosmetics, chemical, or global enterprise environmentExperience supporting multiple business locations or global usersExperience with barcode labels, shipping labels, compliance labels, invoices, purchase orders, packing slips, or other ERP-generated documentsExperience with third-party system integrationsExperience with enterprise print environments and label printersExposure to related document automation or output management toolsWork EnvironmentThis is a professional onsite role in a business-facing IT environment. The successful candidate should be comfortable working directly with technical teams, leadership, and business users while supporting critical enterprise document automation systems.Compensation And BenefitsThe salary range for this position is $120,000 to $155,000, based on experience and qualifications.
