Gotion is powered by a leading power battery technology company that provides solutions for vehicles including the world's first mass commercial e-bus route.\r\nKey Responsibilities\r\nServe as the primary point of contact for US customers throughout battery cell and/or pack development programs\r\nLead customer engagement, including technical discussions, program reviews, issue resolution, and escalation management\r\nLead and facilitate technical meetings and workshops; ensure clear documentation, action tracking, and alignment with internal teams and customers\r\nLead cross functional teamsthroughoutRFI/RFQsprocessand technical proposals in collaboration with engineering and commercial teams\r\nLead the development of battery cell and pack programs from concept through production, coordinating closely with customers and internal cross functional teams\r\nDevelop, maintain, and communicate detailed program schedules, milestones, and deliverables\r\nIdentify program risks across technical, schedule, cost, and quality and drive mitigation plans\r\nCoordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and commercial across regions to meet program timing, deliverables and cost\r\nRegularly communicate program status, risks, and key decisions to engineering and executive leadership\r\nIdentify and drive innovative solutions to overcome technical and program obstacles while maintaining schedule adherence\r\nPrioritize and track cross-functional action items, balancing resources, risks, and program outcomes\r\nSupport on-site customer meetings, technical workshops, and plant visits in the US and China\r\nSupport DFMEA, PFMEA, DV/PV, APQP, and PPAP activities as required by customer programs\r\nUp to 30% domestic and international travel\r\nQualifications\r\nBachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Materials, or related discipline)\r\n3+ years of experience in automotive, EV, or energy storage product development\r\n5+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, Program Management, or equivalent customer-facing leadership roles\r\nGood understanding of Li-ion battery cell and/or battery pack systems, including development and validation processes\r\nProven experience working directly with US or global automotive OEM customers\r\nSolid knowledge of automotive product development and launch processes, including DV/PV, APQP, and PPAP\r\nDemonstrated ability to manage complex technical programs involving multiple stakeholders, tight timelines, and evolving requirements\r\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to clearly communicate with customers and senior leadership\r\nWillingness and ability to travel internationally as required\r\nBase pay is one part of our total compensation package at Gotion, and is determined within a range.
