Candidates must currently reside in, or be willing to relocate to, the DC metro area prior to start.\nSalary: $140,000–$225,000 — Commensurate with experience\nResponsibilities\nDesign, develop, test, and maintain software applications supporting mission systems.\nWrite clean, efficient, well-documented code across the full development lifecycle.\nParticipate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams including product, DevOps, and QA.\nTroubleshoot and resolve defects in existing production systems.\nContribute to system design and architecture discussions.\nSupport integration with government systems, APIs, and data sources.\nRequirements\nProficiency in one or more modern programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, C#, JavaScript/TypeScript).\nExperience with software development lifecycle practices, version control (Git), and CI/CD pipelines.\nExperience working within Agile/Scrum development environments.\nExperience supporting missions for DoW, DHS, FBI, or another national security agency.\nWillingness to work onsite in the DC metro area as required.\nPreferred Skills\nExperience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GovCloud).\nFamiliarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).\nExperience with modern front-end and back-end frameworks.\nExperience supporting classified or mission-critical systems.\nEducation and Work Experience\n3–15 years of relevant experience, with placement (Mid, Senior, or Lead) commensurate with demonstrated experience.
