{"schemaVersion":"jobsearcher.job.v1","id":"0cc5dfaedc2341c8aee2eb67","url":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/0cc5dfaedc2341c8aee2eb67","canonicalUrl":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/0cc5dfaedc2341c8aee2eb67","title":"Program Coordinator","description":"PROGRAM COORDINATOR (PC)\nSimplyLove Care, Inc.\nNashville, TN | Full-Time | Human Services Leadership\nPosition Summary\nSimplyLove Care, Inc. is seeking a Program Coordinator (PC) to provide leadership and oversight for residential services supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.\nThis is a leadership role responsible for supervising managers, ensuring person-centered services are delivered in alignment with PCSP/ISP goals, and maintaining compliance with state and regulatory requirements.\nThe ideal candidate is a mission-driven leader with experience in IDD services who can strengthen systems, support staff development, and ensure high-quality outcomes for the individuals we support.\nKey Responsibilities\nLeadership & Supervision\nSupervise and coach Residential Services Managers and House Managers to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery.\nProgram Oversight & Compliance\nEnsure services are delivered in accordance with PCSP/ISP goals, Medicaid waiver requirements, and state regulations.\nPerson-Centered Plan Implementation\nMonitor and support staff in implementing person-centered plans within daily routines and documentation.\nQuality Monitoring & Performance Improvement\nIdentify gaps in service delivery, documentation, and compliance; implement corrective actions and staff training.\nCollaboration & Coordination\nCollaborate with families, Support Coordinators, clinicians, and internal teams to ensure coordinated, person-centered supports.\nPerform other duties as assigned to support program operations, compliance, and the mission of SimplyLove Care.\nQualifications\nBachelor?s degree in Human Services, Social Work, Psychology, or related field (preferred)\nMinimum 2?3 years of experience in IDD/DD services\nPrior supervisory or leadership experience preferred\nKnowledge of Medicaid waiver services and regulatory requirements\nStrong leadership, organizational, and communication skills\nSchedule\nPrimarily weekday leadership role with on-call responsibilities, including 24-hour weekday on-call coverage.
