Qualifications Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or related fieldLicensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Psychologist licenseStrong communication and active listening skillsEmpathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental approachExperience in individual and group therapyKnowledge of different therapeutic approaches and interventionsAbility to assess and address mental health issuesUnderstanding of ethics and confidentiality in therapyExperience with teletherapy platforms is a plusCommitment to ongoing professional development and training
