Check out our website to learn more about our business at www.ncttech.com_\n\n*Machine Operator description of role:*\n\n_NCT Technologies Group is currently seeking a Machine Operator 1st Shift to join our team. _\n\n*The ideal Machine Operator will have the following:*\n\n* Experience operating, maintaining and setting-up a Laser (Amada preferred)\n* Experience operating, maintaining and setting-up a Press Brake (Amada preferred)\n* Able to read and interpret blueprints\n* Able to use measuring devices (tape measure, calipers, etc….)\n* Able to grind and deburr parts post laser\n* Able to improvise / problem solve\n* Able to be cross-functional to support workload\n* Able to be self-sufficient once trained\n\n*Required qualifications and characteristics*\n\n* Excellent attendance\n* Punctual\n* Team Player\n* Positive Attitude\n* Mechanically inclined\n* Efficient with good time utilization skills\n* Able to lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted and load material onto laser bay\n* Prolonged periods of sitting, standing, walking and bending\n* Willingness and ability to work overtime as needed\n\n*Work Schedule: *\n\nFull time, 1st shift: 6:00 am - 2:30 pm.
