including:\nBackbone routing\nPrivate circuits\nVPN connectivity\nSD-WAN cloud on-ramps\nDevelop scalable, highly available network architectures for hybrid and cloud environments.\nDrive multi-cloud governance, lifecycle management, and CMMC compliance initiatives.\nData Center & Enterprise Networking\nArchitect, deploy, and maintain Cisco ACI environments, including:\nTenant design\nContracts\nService graphs\nMulti-Pod and Multi-Site topologies\nDesign Layer 2 extension technologies between data centers and cloud platforms.\nModernize enterprise data center architectures using:\nSpine-leaf networking\nIntent-based networking\nHigh-availability design patterns\nDefine enterprise segmentation strategies across Cisco ACI, SD-WAN, firewalls, and cloud security groups.\nRouting, Load Balancing & Performance\nDesign routing architectures utilizing:\nBGP\nOSPF\nEVPN\nEngineer WAN optimization, QoS, traffic engineering, and application performance strategies.\nDesign and support load balancing solutions using:\nA10\nVMware AVI / NSX Advanced Load Balancer\nCloud-native load balancers\nImprove network observability through:\nSolarWinds\nMulti-cloud telemetry\nFlow logs\nSD-WAN analytics\nSecurity & Automation\nEnhance network security through:\nCloud-native security controls\nPrivate endpoints\nIdentity-aware access\nMicro-segmentation\nLead Zero Trust network architecture initiatives.\nDevelop Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) solutions using Terraform, Bicep, CloudFormation, or similar automation tools.\nCreate and maintain enterprise network standards, reference architectures, and design patterns.\nCollaboration & Leadership\nPartner with Cloud, Infrastructure, and Security teams to support modernization initiatives.\nLead troubleshooting and root cause analysis for complex hybrid and multi-cloud networking issues.\nPresent architectural strategies and recommendations to technical stakeholders and executive leadership.\nClearly communicate technical concepts while articulating business value and defending architectural decisions.\nRequired Qualifications\nExperience\n8+ years of enterprise networking experience.\nExtensive experience designing hybrid and multi-cloud network architectures.\nHands-on experience with AWS, Azure, and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).\nStrong understanding of:\nMulti-cloud routing\nBackbone connectivity\nCloud peering\nTransit architectures\nExperience implementing hybrid connectivity using private circuits, VPNs, hyperscaler backbones, and Cisco SD-WAN.\nExpertise with Cisco SD-WAN including:\nvManage\nvBond\nvSmart\nPolicy and template design\nStrong knowledge of BGP and OSPF routing protocols.\nExperience with cloud-native firewalls, encryption, segmentation, and identity-aware access.\nExperience using SolarWinds or comparable network monitoring platforms.\nProven ability to design highly available, fault-tolerant network architectures.\nStrong understanding of Zero Trust security principles.\nTechnical Skills\nCisco SD-WAN\nCisco ACI\nAWS\nMicrosoft Azure\nOracle Cloud Infrastructure
