layouts, routers, work instructions, and build books.Perform CNC programming for 3–5 axis mills, CNC lathes, CNC Swiss machines, gear hobbers, and related equipment.Develop tooling, fixtures, equipment, and production standards.Review engineering drawings for manufacturability and apply GD&T principles.Support equipment and tooling acquisition and production process improvements.Troubleshoot mechanical/electrical issues and test failures.Prepare manufacturing BOMs from engineering BOMs.Support developmental, qualification, and performance testing.Create test plans and technical test reports.Prepare engineering change orders and participate in design/process reviews.Conduct internal audits and support Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.Work hands-on with technicians, machinists, suppliers, engineers, and customers.🎓 Required QualificationsB.S. in Mechanical, Electrical, Aerospace, or Industrial Engineering, or equivalent experience.2–5 years of manufacturing engineering experience preferred.Entry-level candidates with relevant internships/co-ops and aerospace/manufacturing coursework may be considered.Experience with CAD (Creo or equivalent) and GD&T.Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles.Strong hands-on problem-solving and communication skills.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.⭐ Preferred QualificationsStrong machining and CNC programming knowledge.Experience with Mastercam or equivalent CAM software.CNC programming experience across multiple machine types.Gear hobbing experience.Aerospace, aircraft, defense, or military equipment experience.Knowledge of material properties and manufacturing processes.Familiarity with AS9100, aerospace standards, and quality audits.FAA/EASA certification experience is a plus.Familiarity with electronics, electric motors, hydraulic systems, servo valves, and hydraulic test equipment.✈️ About the OpportunityThis is an
