Recruiter Location: Brown Deer, WI (Hybrid Schedule)Compensation: $30–$32 per hour, based on experienceType: Contract-to-HireBenefits: Medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) for eligible employeesOverview:We are seeking an experienced Recruiter to support high-volume hiring for manufacturing and warehouse roles. This role focuses on sourcing candidates, conducting phone screens, and coordinating interviews while maintaining accurate candidate records and supporting efficient hiring processes.Key ResponsibilitiesSource, screen, and coordinate candidates for production, warehouse, and salaried roles.Manage candidate records and tracking in ATS and Excel.Schedule interviews and coordinate with internal teams for seamless candidate experience.Maintain organized reporting and documentation for recruiting metrics.Support high-volume recruiting initiatives while adhering to compliance standards.Qualifications2–5 years of recruiting experience, preferably in manufacturing or high-volume environments.Experience using ATS systems and job boards.Proficient with Excel for reporting and tracking.Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.Ability to manage multiple openings simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
