Lumber Handler Lumber Handlers needed for 1st shift in Lake City, PA. This position works in a door manufacturing facility and involves handling wood materials, assisting in production, and ensuring quality craftsmanship throughout the process. ResponsibilitiesHandle and move lumber and materials throughout the facilityAssist with gluing, cutting, and assembling door componentsOperate basic tools and equipment to cut boards to specificationsSand and finish wood products to meet quality standardsRead and use a tape measure to ensure accurate cuts and measurementsFollow all safety policies and proceduresFollow directions from the supervisors and communicate and production issues Qualifications and SkillsMust be comfortable working around wood and hand toolsMust be able to read and understand a tape measureMust be able to lift over 50 poundsMust have full body motion: bending, twisting, lifting, standing, ext.Must be able to read and write English.
