In this role, the SharePoint Developer is responsible for the design, development, customization, and sustainment of SharePoint-based collaboration tools, Power Platform solutions, and enterprise information architecture.\r\nResponsibilities:\r\nServe as an Administrator/Owner for SharePoint Online and SharePoint environments\r\nDesign, build, deploy, and maintain custom SharePoint solutions to improve user experience, data management, and operational efficiency\r\nDevelop dashboards, performance metrics, and interactive reporting tools using Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate\r\nIntegrate SharePoint solutions with Microsoft 365 services (Teams, Outlook, OneDrive, Flankspeed, etc.)\r\nImplement and enforce security best practices, governance controls, permissions management, and cross-site collection functions\r\nSupport Information Management (IM) and Knowledge Management (KM) initiatives to improve communication and mission readiness\r\nProvide technical writing, documentation, end-user support, and training for all SharePoint-based solutions\r\nCollaborate with government stakeholders to gather requirements and translate mission needs into scalable IT solutions\r\nRequirements:\r\nMust already possess and maintain an active Secret Clearance\r\nBachelor's degree in computer science or information technology, or related field\r\n2+ years of progressive development experience with SharePoint Online and Microsoft Power Platform\r\nExperience working in agile development methodologies and performing testing/debugging\r\nStrong technical writing ability and documentation expertise\r\nExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to articulate technical concepts to non-technical users\r\nWe are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
