This role combines full-stack software development, database administration, systems integration, performance optimization, troubleshooting, cybersecurity compliance, and technical documentation to ensure secure and reliable enterprise solutions.\n\nWorking closely with government and contractor teams, the successful candidate will contribute to the modernization of critical COMSEC systems while supporting national security and communications security missions. This opportunity is ideal for a technically skilled professional who enjoys solving complex challenges and working across the full technology stack in a mission-focused environment.\n\nJob Responsibilities:\n\nDesign, develop, enhance, maintain, and support enterprise applications and associated databases in accordance with the Government-approved CSD Software Development Plan (SDP), Software Requirements Specifications (SRS), and related documentation.\nCoordinate with the Government Task Lead to review requirements, obtain approval for system and database designs, assess impacts of proposed changes, and support development priorities.\nPerform application and database analysis, troubleshooting, bug resolution, system enhancements, and performance improvements; document and track all modifications through approved configuration management processes.\nConduct unit, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing to validate functionality, security, access controls, and compliance with approved requirements prior to Government Verification and Validation (V&V) activities.\nSupport application deployment activities, including testing in staging environments, documenting results, and reporting issues within required timelines.\nAdminister and maintain application databases, including backup and recovery operations, data management, software upgrades, script development, query support, and report generation.\nImplement software, database, cybersecurity, and RMF-related changes required to maintain compliance with Government security policies, certification, and accreditation requirements.\nPerform website, framework, platform, and development tool upgrades in accordance with Government-approved schedules and modernization initiatives.\nEnsure development, testing, and deployment activities are completed within established project schedules and Government-directed priorities.\nProvide technical support during routine operations and respond to urgent after-hours or weekend requirements as needed.\nAttend meetings with the Government Task Lead, COR, and stakeholders;
