Our products are at the intersection of technology and safety, and we’re in search of an, passionate Surface Mount Machine Operator to help us bring the future of traffic safety to life.\nJob Duties and Responsibilities\nProperly setup and operate SMT equipment\nMaintains appropriate maintenance, inventory and repair logs\nProvide process feedback for continuous improvement\nOther Duties as assigned\nQualifications\nAbility to work in a lean manufacturing environment with attention to continuous flow and detail.\nAbility to read, interpret, and understand Op Sheets and Production Flow\nBasic knowledge of computers.\nMust be Component ID certified.\nMust have basic SMT soldering inspection skills.\nProficient in operating the Screen Printer, Pick and Place Machines, Re-flow Ovens and AOI.\nAblility to multi-task effectively.\nProficient at MCS and Bar Menu.\nAbility to alert lead of quality trends or issues you see happening or about to happen.\nAbility follow all of MOR Manufacturing’s processes\nAbility to suggest red-lines to OP sheet to Lead and Management.\nMust be able to do machine daily and weekly maintenance while keeping log sheets updated.\nMust be able to read, interpret, and understand Customer Assembly Documentation\nMust follow all of MOR Manufacturing’s processes.\nMust be mechanically inclined\nCommunicate clearly, both verbally and in writing\nMust be humble, passionate about your job, and treat others with the greatest of respect.\nEducation and Background\nHS Diploma or equivalent\nSMT inspection certified or equivalent.\nPhysical Requirements\nFine and/or gross motor skills, including the ability to grasp, lift and be able to lift up to 50lbs\nAbility to stand for the duration of shift\nBenefits\nMedical, Vision, Dental, and Life Insurance Offered\n401k matching\nGym membership allowance\n4 Day work week 10 hour shifts (some exceptions may apply during busier times)\nTrafficalm is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
