Capability of standing and bending over for long periods of time while performing manual labor with or without reasonable accommodations.\nMust maintain certification of company Forklift license to maintain employment.\nMust be able to inspect raw material to company standards or customer standards.\nMust have valid Wisconsin Driver’s license with appropriate classifications and meet DOT minimum requirements.\nWorking Hours – full-time (40 hours)\nPersonal Traits - Good communication skills with positive teamwork attitude. Conscientious attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to follow direction and or work independently, able to multi-task and trouble shoot. Punctuality and safe work habits.\n\nJob Duties and Responsibilities\nResponsible for material handling, organization of parts, raw materials, dunnage and supplies. Timely completion of job functions. Adhere to AS9100 quality systems. Authority to drive company forklift and complete local deliveries in van or straight truck, once trained and approved. Responsible for producing quality workmanship, which meets or exceeds requirements.\nWork safely and ensure hazardous conditions are eliminated. Follow company safety procedures.\nEnsure the highest quality standards are met with all work done.\nEnsure output meets required deadlines while executing above.\nEnsure AS 9100 quality system procedures are followed.\nEnsure cross departmental communication is accurate and effective.\nComplete tasks independently.\nFollow and execute instructions on job travelers and control plan per company procedures.\nNotify lead or supervisor of discrepant materials.\nPossess good forklift driving skills.\nAudit incoming materials, unload deliveries, stage for inspection, deliver to stock locations, deliver to production areas or work stations as needed.\nAccurately maintain MES system as instructed.\nMaintain neat and clean work areas and assist with daily clean up duties\nAssist in inventory process as assigned\nArrive to work in a punctual manner and be willing to work overtime when needed.\nWillingness and ability to fill production roles with training.\nOther ad hoc duties as assigned.\n\nKnowledge, Skills and Abilities\nForklift driving experience.\nAbility to differentiate between materials (Type and Classification).\nPossess basic math skills including ability to read and use tape measure and caliper to the fraction and decimal.\nAbility to read and understand blueprints.\nPossess good reading, writing, and typing skills.\nAbility to input and maintain data on written logs and input into multiple software programs.\nAbility to fill in for various production roles as needed\n\nEducation and Experience\nHigh School Diploma or equivalent. 3 years of experience with safe operation of Forklifts and Overhead Crane, Loading and unloading Trucks, Semi-trailers and machines.
