Read below for more information!What You'll Do as the Group Lead:Oversee and manage daily production activities to meet or exceed production schedules, quality standards, and cost targetsConduct daily production meetings to communicate goals, progress, and priorities to team membersMonitor workflow, identify bottlenecks, and take proactive action to maintain continuous production operationsLead and support employees through coaching, training, performance management, and developmentFoster a positive, engaged work environment focused on teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvementImplement and sustain lean manufacturing practices, including use of lean tools and 5S standardsEnsure compliance with safety, quality, sanitation, and regulatory requirements across the production floorTrack production metrics, identify performance gaps, and drive improvement initiatives to achieve operational goalsWhat You Need to Bring to the Group Lead Role:Bachelors degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience2+ years of manufacturing leadership, supervisory, or lead experienceStrong leadership and team management skills with the ability to coach and develop employeesKnowledge of lean manufacturing principles, continuous improvement, and production processesStrong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilitiesEffective communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to lead meetings and collaborate cross-functionallyBasic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and production/reporting systemsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment with flexible hours and manage multiple prioritiesThis company offers a comprehensive and competitive benefits package designed to support employees both personally and professionally.
