We are currently seeking an outstanding caregiver to join our team. Our caregivers are the primary employees interacting with our senior residents every day to give them a good experience that promotes their health and well-being. Our caregiving team partners with other departments and leadership to resolve resident questions or concerns and to look for ways to continue improving our residents experience./ppstrongHere are a few of the daily responsibilities:/strong/pulliSupport resident health by giving them high-quality assistance with personal care tasks including dressing laundry, grooming, mobility, bathing, shaving, incontinence care, foot care, checking vital signs, and height and weight checks per policy./liliAssist residents at mealtime by encouraging their dining, assisting them with their food, and partnering with kitchen staff to address resident needs./liliSupport resident engagement and mental health by providing activities as planned and/or directed./liliRespond to pendants and emergencies promptly to ensure residents receive appropriate help./liliCommunicate with residents and their families in a positive way that inspires confidence and security. Collaborate with leadership to resolve any questions or concerns shared by residents or their loved ones./liliComplete accurate documentation for shift assignments as required, and comply with all applicable regulations and policies impacting the work./li/ulpstrongHere are a few of the qualifications we need you to have:/strong/pulliHigh school diploma or general education degree (GED) required./liliOne year experience working as a CNA/PCA/HHA/RA preferred./liliCNA certification preferred but not required./liliExperience working with senior citizens preferred./liliPassion for helping people with compassion and empathy./liliAbility to collaborate as part of a care team./li/ulpPay range: $18.00/hr - $20.00/hr, depending on experience./ppBenefits: Full-time employees are eligible to enroll in our employee benefit options, including medical coverage, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, retirement plan with matching contributions, an employee assistance program, and more./ppSchedule: From 11:00 p.m. - 7:00 a.m. five days per week.
