This role focuses on designing intuitive, accessible, and platform-agnostic user experiences across enterprise-scale web and mobile applications.Key ResponsibilitiesUser Interface & User Experience DesignDesign intuitive, user-centered interfaces for web, mobile, and hybrid platforms.Create responsive UI experiences optimized for desktop and mobile devices.Establish and maintain a consistent UX framework across multiple platforms and technologies.Translate business and technical requirements into user-friendly, intuitive designs.Accessibility & ComplianceDesign for accessibility, including:Color contrast complianceKeyboard navigationScreen reader compatibilityAssistive technology supportPartner with QA and technical teams to validate accessibility requirements throughout implementation.Design Standards & ReusabilityDefine and document UI/UX standards, design patterns, and best practices.Develop reusable UI components and scalable design assets.Support development teams through design reviews and implementation guidance.Key DeliverablesPlatform-agnostic wireframes and high-fidelity mockupsAccessibility compliance documentationUX design guidelines and standardsMobile accessibility frameworkReusable UI component libraryRequired Skills & ExperienceProven experience designing enterprise-scale user interfaces for web and mobile platforms.Strong expertise in responsive design and cross-platform UX principles.Deep understanding of WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility standards and public-sector compliance requirements.Experience creating wireframes, mockups, and UX documentation for regulated environments.Strong ability to simplify complex business and technical requirements into effective user experiences.Excellent communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams.Preferred QualificationsExperience working on state or government technology programs.Familiarity with accessibility testing tools and validation processes.Experience contributing to enterprise UI design systems.
