This individual will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, refining market strategy, developing strategic partnerships, and closing enterprise-level opportunities.The ideal candidate is a self-motivated, results-driven professional with experience selling SaaS solutions into government, manufacturing, OEM, and regulated industries. This role offers the opportunity to directly influence company growth while helping shape our go-to-market strategy.Key Responsibilities• Manage the complete sales cycle, including prospecting, qualification, discovery, demonstrations, proposal development, negotiation, and closing.• Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market presence.• Refine and expand Cubecert’s Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and target market segments.• Build and maintain relationships with executives, decision-makers, and strategic stakeholders.• Identify and develop strategic partnerships, channel relationships, and licensing opportunities.• Create and execute account plans to maximize revenue opportunities within target accounts.• Consistently meet or exceed sales goals and performance metrics.• Maintain accurate pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM reporting.• Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align go-to-market initiatives and ensure successful client onboarding.• Provide market intelligence, customer feedback, and competitive insights to support product development and business strategy.QualificationsRequired• Proven track record of success in B2B SaaS sales, business development, or enterprise account management.• Experience selling into Government, Manufacturing, OEM, Supply Chain, Compliance, or highly regulated industries.• Strong prospecting, lead generation, discovery, consultative selling, and negotiation skills.• Demonstrated ability to close complex, multi-stakeholder sales opportunities.• Experience building trusted relationships with executive-level decision-makers.• Proficiency with CRM platforms and sales productivity tools.• Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.• Highly self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.Preferred• Experience selling compliance, cybersecurity, supply chain, certification, quality management, or risk management software solutions.• Existing network within government contracting, manufacturing, defense, aerospace, or industrial sectors.• Experience working within a high-growth startup or early-stage technology company.Compensation & Benefits• Uncapped commission structure with significant earning potential.• Fully remote work environment.• Opportunity to play a key role in shaping the future of a rapidly growing software company.Why Join Cubecert?This is more than a sales role; it’s an opportunity to help build a company positioned to transform how organizations manage compliance, certifications, and supply chain trust.
