Decision Technologies seeks motivated individuals with broad skillsets and experiences who can demonstrate a history of achievement in engineering services for the Navy and/or larger DoD..\nMUST HAVE AN ACTIVE TS/SCI OR TS W/ELIGIBILITY TO RECEIVE A SCI CLEARANCE\nResponsibilities and Duties:\nReview, assess, and provide advice in the development of security processes for Navy-related programs and projects\nServe as site lead for the San Diego facility, monitoring local security processes and overseeing technology and infrastructure installation.\nResearch analysis of missions, tactics, equipment, interfaces, and resource allocations to new and developing systems and programs.\nProvide security engineering support in analyzing and/or projecting the performance of DoD systems, facilities, and networks.\nDevelop deliverables related to tools, standards, and processes for Cybersecurity.\nDevelop and maintain cybersecurity System and SoS engineering technical reports, analysis, briefings, and meeting minutes.\nRequired Qualifications and Skills:\nFour years of relevant in Government R&D, T&E, and systems acquisition programs. Also, HSI experience in at least 2 of the following areas:\nComparative multi-domain engineering analysis, impact assessments, and trade-off studies of security systems.\nDesign, installation, integration, and test support either in a laboratory or direct applications.\nSecurity documentation/specification development.\nSecurity test planning and test procedures development, test conduct, analysis, and reporting.\nSecurity-related engineering requirements, performance, and risk analysis.\nApplying security principles to investigate, analyze, plan, design, develop, implement, test, or evaluate systems.\nApplying engineering experience to perform system integration, configuration management, quality assurance testing, acquisition, training, and resource management functions.\nConducting Task Analyses (e.g., Mission Task Analysis, Top-Down Functional Analysis, Critical Task Analysis).\nDesign, installation, integration, and test support in laboratory or operational systems.\nUnderstand Naval operations from unit level through operational staff and headquarters planning.\nBachelor’s degree in physical science, engineering, or mathematics that includes 24 semester hours in physical science and/or related engineering science such as mechanics, dynamics, properties of materials, and electronics OR ABET Accredited BS degree from ABET-recognized engineering curriculum.
