Apply now!\nLearn more about ADP at tech.adp.com/careers\nWHAT YOU'LL DO:\nHere's what you can expect on a typical day:\nJoin a scrum team of talented software engineers and assist with providing technical and software solutions that meet operational and functional requirements.\nEmploy development best practices, standards, architecture.\nContribute to product innovation by leveraging latest software trends.\nSupport end-to-end solutions to ensure internal ADP applications are well documented, properly scaled, and tested to effectively serve our customers.\nTroubleshoot issues in collaboration with different teams to determine root cause and recommend resolution.\nTO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:\nYou'll have a Bachelor's degree OR equivalent.\nMinimum 3+ years of Java/JEE Programming.\nMinimum 2+ years of practical experience with Spring frameworks and Spring Boot.\nExperience with relational databases and DB programming skills (Oracle / PL/SQL).\nMinimum 2+ years of experience with RESTful APIs and Webservices.\nAbility to communicate effectively within an Agile software development team.\nExposure to software development best practices, security concerns, testing and deployment strategies.\nExperience with unit testing frameworks.\nExperience with JPA/Hibernate or Spring Repositories.\nExperience in Agile software development methodologies.\nDemonstrated experience using AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude, or equivalent) to accelerate coding, test generation, and code review, with the ability to critically evaluate and secure AI-generated output.\nHOW YOU'LL STAND OUT:\nExperience developing web applications and web services (RESTful).\nExperience in JavaScript and JavaScript frameworks: Angular or ReactJS.\nExperience with agile software management (Rally / JIRA / RTC).\nExperience in web development (HTML5 + CSS3).\nYOU'LL LOVE WORKING HERE BECAUSE YOU CAN:\nHave courageous team collaboration.
