Maintenance Technician

Raco Properties is looking for a Maintenance Technician to help support our growing apartment communities in Meridian. We are looking for someone with hustle, a strong work ethic, and the willingness to learn. Experience is helpful, but we are willing to train the right person. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants more than just a job. Responsibilities: Complete maintenance work orders at multiple apartment communities Help with apartment turns and make-ready projects Assist with plumbing, electrical, HVAC, drywall, painting, appliance, and general repair work Help maintain clean, safe, and attractive grounds and common areas Work alongside management and communicate professionally with residents Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies Help wherever needed and be willing to learn new skills What We’re Looking For: Dependable and shows up ready to work Positive attitude and willing to learn Someone with hustle who can work quickly and stay busy without being micromanaged Maintenance, construction, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, landscaping, or general handyman experience is a plus, but not required Ability to work independently and solve problems Reliable transportation and basic hand tools preferred Pride in doing quality work and treating residents respectfully What We Offer: Competitive hourly pay based on experience Full-time, year-round work Opportunity for raises and advancement as you grow Hands-on training for the right candidate Supportive team and management Opportunity to grow with one of Meridian’s fastest-growing local property companies If you are hardworking, dependable, and ready to learn, we want to hear from you.
