All Recruiters are eligible for commission.\nWhat You’ll Do:\nEfficiently review candidate resumes to identify the most qualified individuals to move forward.\nConduct or watch initial phone screen or video interviews with candidates.\nContact candidates through an application tracking system (ATS) or through direct sourcing.\nConduct interviews, make offers, and coordinate / schedule candidates for training classes.\nCommunicate progress and coordinate changes with clients and candidates.\nManage candidates, candidate flow, and workload through Source2’s and the client’s ATS\nHighly motivated to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly recruiting goals using effective time management skills\nWho you are:\nExperience working in a professional setting or office environment.\nStrong and confident communication skills, both verbal and written.\nAbility to take initiative, ownership, and start work without direction.\nCustomer-service focused and passionate about making connections.\nFlexible and resilient in a fast paced, changing environment\nCoachable, teamwork focused\nIntermediate level of familiarity with different computer programs and software (Brightmove, Workday, Google Docs, etc.)\nWhat you’ll gain:\nFlexible work arrangement – Mon – Fri 8:00am – 5:00pm, remote work\nUnrivaled and fun company culture – we work hard and like to have fun too!\nGreat Benefits– Medical, Dental, Vision, EAP, 401(k) with match, paid time off & holidays.\nGrowth – certification reimbursement and access to senior leadership\nSource2 is an equal opportunity employer and values diversity at our company.
