Digital Media Creator
Position Overview
World Wrapps is seeking a Digital Media Creator to supports our digital marketing efforts with a focus on hands-on social media management, short-form content creation, influencer outreach, and email marketing/CRM execution. This role is ideal for a creative, detail-oriented individual with real experience creating and posting content on platforms such as Instagram and TikTok. The ideal candidate is comfortable working both independently and collaboratively, and enjoys bringing a brand to life through engaging, on-trend digital content.
Compensation and Benefits
$23 per hour
30 - 40 hours per week
Performance bonus up to 10% of annual salary.
Mileage reimbursement for work-related travel between locations and content capture, in accordance with company policy.
Up to 80 hours of paid time off (PTO) annually.

Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management
Actively manage and publish content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
Plan and maintain a social media content calendar aligned with promotions and brand goals.
Monitor engagement, comments, and direct messages; respond or escalate as
appropriate.
Track and report basic performance metrics including engagement, reach, and follower growth.
Identify, contact, and coordinate with local influencers and content creators to support brand awareness and promotional campaigns.
Content Creation
Create short-form photo and video content for social platforms (in-store, food, team, and promotional content).
Capture content on-site at World Wrapps locations as needed.
Edit content using tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Express, or native platform tools.
Brainstorm creative concepts aligned with campaigns, trends, promotions, and brand voice.
Ensure all content is on-brand and optimized for each platform.
Email Marketing and CRM
Assist with building and executing email campaigns including promotions,
announcements, and customer journey communications.
Support CRM segmentation and targeting strategies.
Help manage email calendars and campaign timelines.
Track and report email performance metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
Support ongoing CRM initiatives focused on customer retention and engagement
Experience and Qualifications
1+ year of hands-on experience actively creating and posting content on Instagram, TikTok, and/or other short-form platforms (professional, freelance, or personal brand experience acceptable).
Demonstrated experience producing short-form social media content.
Experience using content creation and editing tools (e.g., Canva, CapCut, Adobe
Express, or similar).
Experience with or familiarity using email marketing platforms and CRM tools preferred.
Strong written communication skills and attention to detail.
Highly organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Creative mindset with an interest in food, hospitality, or lifestyle brands.
Ability to work independently while collaborating with a broader marketing team.
Requirements
Must be at least 18 years of age
Ability to communicate effectively in English
Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle
