## Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Barback or Bartender to join our team at a vibrant establishment. The ideal candidate will have experience working in various settings such as nightclubs, restaurants, or retail environments. If you are passionate about mixology and providing exceptional customer service, we want to hear from you. ## Duties - Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following standard recipes - Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations - Operate POS systems like Aloha POS to process orders and payments efficiently - Maintain cleanliness of the bar area and adhere to food safety and handling procedures - Upsell drinks and promote specials to increase sales - Create a welcoming atmosphere for patrons by engaging with them in a friendly manner ## Experience - Previous experience in bartending roles is preferred - Proficiency in basic math for handling transactions accurately - Familiarity with retail math concepts for pricing and inventory management - Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices - Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while delivering top-notch customer service Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience working behind the bar in a high-volume or fast-paced environment Proficient in making a wide range of classic and modern cocktails Hands-on experience with clarification techniques (e.g., milk washing, gelatin fining, agar clarification, or use of centrifuge) Strong sense of hospitality and customer service Ability to work efficiently under pressure and multitask Team player with excellent communication skills Bonus: Participation in cocktail competitions or formal bartending education Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $16.00 per hour Benefits: Employee discount Flexible schedule Health insurance Paid training Work Location: In person
