Our in-house Marketing Department supports both new construction initiatives and agent marketing, delivering high-quality, on-brand materials that elevate our listings, communities, and brand. Position Summary The Marketing Coordinator supports the Marketing Department by owning the execution, coordination, and day-to-day management of marketing initiatives across multiple channels. This role ensures marketing campaigns, assets, and materials are delivered accurately, on time, and in alignment with established brand standards. This is a hands-on role that requires both independent execution and close collaboration with the Marketing Manager, internal team members, and external vendors. Key Responsibilities Content Marketing Execute email marketing and social media campaigns across platforms Partner closely with the Marketing Manager on the execution of messaging, direction, and campaign priorities Maintain the content calendar for social media and blog content Schedule, publish, and quality-check content across platforms Execute approved promotions, campaigns, and event marketing initiatives Content Creation Assist with and execute basic photography and videography, including drone, where appropriate Schedule shoots and manage communication with videographers and builders Track delivery timelines and follow up on assets Ensure all final photo and video assets are uploaded to the appropriate drive, server, and YouTube channels, and the appropriate parties have access Graphic Design Support the Graphic Designer with ad-hoc graphic design needs across digital and print channels using established brand guidelines Create and maintain templates for digital and print materials Apply branding to marketing materials Create templated luxury property benefit materials Marketing Operations Support the Marketing Department across a wide range of initiatives, adapting to shifting priorities Maintain the master marketing calendar, workflows, and task tracking systems Take and distribute meeting minutes for marketing-related meetings Install and remove marketing materials in model homes and communities as needed Order and manage marketing materials and signage Quality Control Conduct regular website audits to ensure accuracy of listings, communities, and marketing information Audit marketing materials for consistency and correctness Flag outdated or incorrect content for updates Analytics & Reporting Prepare marketing analytics and activity reports Track outputs and execution metrics Share reports with the Marketing Manager on a regular cadence Skills & Qualifications 1 year of experience in marketing or a related role Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment Strong organizational and time-management skills Comfortable with hands-on on-site content creation, including photo and video Familiarity with photography/videography or willingness to learn Drone license or willingness to obtain one Proficiency with tools such as the Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Constant Contact, and social media platforms Experience working in an office environment Excellent attention to detail and follow-through Strong communication and collaboration skills Success in This Role Looks Like Email and social campaigns are of professional quality and executed accurately and on schedule Marketing assets are organized, current, and easy to access Photography, video, and drone needs are met efficiently Marketing workflows run smoothly with fewer bottlenecks The Marketing Department can operate more strategically and proactively Cover letter required.
