Responsibilities
Deliver personalized tutoring sessions focused on reading, spelling, phonics, and comprehension strategies tailored to each child's needs

Assess student progress regularly and adjust lesson plans to ensure continuous improvement and engagement
Create a positive, nurturing classroom atmosphere that encourages curiosity, motivation, and active participation
Collaborate with parents, teachers, and specialists to support each child's unique learning journey
Manage session activities efficiently, maintaining organization and fostering a safe learning environment
Qualifications
Proven experience working with children in educational or childcare settings, especially in early childhood or preschool environments
Strong background in literacy education, curriculum development, lesson planning, and classroom management
Familiarity with special education practices related to dyslexia and reading difficulties
Knowledge of learning technology tools that enhance literacy instruction
Excellent writing skills for creating engaging lesson materials and progress reports
