Travel (15-25%)\nExcellent understanding and troubleshooting capabilities of intricate network-based security systems\nProven Aptitude in Root Cause Analysis\nExcellent ability to communicate complex ideas both verbally and in writing\nCertifications in\nCCNA/CCNE/Network +\nLinux +\nASW or other Cloud Certification\nIn-depth knowledge of Incident and Problem management\nSelf-motivated and proven time management capabilities\n3-5 years’ experience supporting IP-based security systems or a related industry preference\n\nPhysical Demands:\nSitting/Travel: The role requires extended periods of sitting, including time spent traveling by car or plane, attending meetings, and working on a laptop or mobile devices while in offices, client locations, or remote settings.
