This role is ideal for a hands‐on technician who thrives in a precision manufacturing environment and enjoys working with complex electro‐mechanical systems.\r\nKey Responsibilities\r\nPerform assembly and performance testing of mechanical and/or electro‐mechanical fluid‐control devices in accordance with engineering procedures, blueprints, and schematics.\r\nOperate, maintain, and help develop high‐pressure test systems, including pneumatic, hydraulic, and calibration‐fluid test stands and pumps.\r\nConduct electrical testing and verification using a variety of electronic diagnostic tools.\r\nWork within controlled clean‐room environments and conduct particulate analysis with accurate data collection.\r\nTroubleshoot, repair, and validate hardware using systematic diagnostic methods.\r\nUtilize oscilloscopes, and other diagnostic equipment to support testing and analysis.\r\nMaintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.\r\nLift and move equipment or components up to 50 lbs as needed.\r\nRequired Skills & Experience\r\nMinimum5 yearsof technical or mechanical maintenance experience.\r\nExperience using various hand and measurement tools including but not limited to torque wrenches, height gauges, and calipers.\r\nAbility to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical procedures.\r\nProven experience assembling and testing electro‐mechanical hardware.\r\nHands‐on experience with high‐pressure fluid, gas, and cryogenic testing.\r\nProficiency in electrical testing, including dielectric and insulation‐resistance testing.\r\nStrong computer literacy, including Microsoft Word and Excel.\r\nExperience working in clean‐room environments.\r\nManufacturing or machining experience is a plus.\r\nDemonstrated ability to troubleshoot and repair hardware using diagnostic tools.\r\nEducation\r\nMinimum:High School Diploma\r\nPreferred:Vocational school graduate, Associate Degree or Certificate in Engineering Technology\r\nAdditional Considerations\r\nStrong team orientation and ability to collaborate across functions.\r\nCapable of working independently with minimal supervision.\r\nWillingness to mentor junior technicians.All candidates must meet the US persons criteria.\r\nPlease note: The salary range is based on our market pay structure.
