This role requires adherence to sterilization protocols and certification requirements to support clinical operations.Responsibilities:Sanitize, sterilize, and inspect surgical instruments and equipment following established procedures. Maintain accurate documentation of sterilization processes and certifications. Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure sterile supplies are available and properly prepared. Comply with all safety and infection control protocols to prevent contamination. Manage work flow efficiently within scheduled shift times, ensuring timely processing. Complete required training modules during orientation and maintain current certifications. Qualifications:Hold CRCST certification or equivalent in sterile processing. Possess a valid CA State License for Sterile Processing or relevant credential. Demonstrate a minimum of 2 years of experience in sterile processing or a related role. Complete 7-year work history verification with supporting references. Upload applicable certifications with valid expiration dates prior to assignment.
