You'll work closely with both customers and internal teams to resolve overdue accounts, helping the company improve cash flow and customer satisfaction every day.What You'll DoAs a Collections Specialist, you will be responsible for:Contacting customers to collect payments on past-due invoices via phone, email, or other communication channels.Analyzing overdue accounts to determine appropriate collection strategies.Researching transactions, reviewing contracts, and reviewing account activity in the AR system to identify actions needed for collection.Preparing and updating collection reports for internal use and management.Responding promptly to customer inquiries, clarifying account details, and resolving issues effectively.Documenting all collection efforts and customer communications accurately in the system.Collaborating with internal departments to resolve disputes and clarify account information.
