Risk & Safety Manager
DescriptionKimberly Casey with Robert Half is seeking a Risk & Safety Manager for a non-profit in Salem, OR. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing protective and licensing services within the organization. You will play a crucial role in ensuring regulatory compliance, reducing agency risk, and coordinating risk management and emergency planning and response. This position has supervisory responsibilities of 6 direct reports and 34 indirect reports. Benefits include 90%-100% employer paid healthcare premiums for employee and family, PERs, Deferred Compensation, and exceptional paid time off. This is 100% in-office role and does not have remote flexibility.Responsibilities Provide leadership and oversight for the agency's protective and licensing services. Develop and implement programs and initiatives that enhance the agency's services and align with strategic goals and objectives. Ensure the agency complies with all relevant regulations and maintains high-quality services. Implement measures to protect consumers and reduce agency risk. Coordinate risk management efforts and emergency planning and response activities. Lead with respect and integrity, fostering a positive and professional workplace environment. Deliver excellent customer service and handle customer inquiries proficiently. Conduct safety inspections and audits to ensure adherence to safety guidelines. Analyze risk analytics and conduct risk analysis to prevent potential threats.
